Fats are termed as triglycerides. Meaning there is one glycerol (a form of alcohol) and three fatty acids for one molecule of fat. Glycerol is then converted into glucose too, and those fatty acids are also converted into sugar via gluconeognenesis. Therefore, you can produce more blood sugar from taking fatty foods than carbohydrates or other sources. That is why people who eats litson most of the time becomes diabetic too. BEWARE OF THIS. What you should know about Cancer Development?
Cancer cannot begin with a single mutation. It must take at least several mutations or cell aberrations before it can begin a neoplasm or tumor or cancel cell. This is so because, our very own cells have repair enzymes that can correct whatever errors that may occur at the DNA level. Thanks to DNA polymerase I which as a proof reading mechanism to decipher errors in replication and transcription. It can also synthesize new nucleotides as replacements. The younger and healthier our cells are the better is our coping mechanism to repair damage DNA or cell parts. The older we become, the lesser is our capacity to repair due to decreasing order of Glutatione level. Therefore, it is then important to maintain a healthy level of glutathione in our cells to prevent cellular and genetic damages.
With these knowledge, it is no wonder that cancer sets in at a later date of human life. Life begins at 40, because at this age, we start to deteriorate. Decrease of Glutatione is brought about by decrease in L-Cysteine and the magnitude of decrease is 1% every year emanating at age 20 years old or so.
The importance of Glutatione is that it is the most potent and powerful anti-oxidant in the human history. But why do we need anti-oxidant? We need it because as the cell metabolizes, there are so many free radicals that are formed. Added to this, are the free radicals due to exposure to cosmic radiations such as x-rays, gamma rays, UV, muons, pions, nutrinos and others.
What can we do?
1. drink plenty of water in a day 6-10 glasses. Water can protect us from the radiation damage at least 30% of the time.
2. take L-cysteine to increase Glutatione level. Vital White is a better brand.
3. Take megadose of vitamin C a day at least 15g/ day for busy people, or 5 grams sodium ascorbate for non-busy people.
4. Eat plenty of green leafy and colored vegetables. They are rich in carotene, xanthophylls, and cyanophylls. These are very potent antioxidants.
5. live a simple way of life.
6. go back to original diet as prescribed in Genesis 1:29
